your swtor account is disabled due to the linked EA account has had its data wiped due to inactivity
insert the swtor email address in the following , then use this link to reset the password on the linked EA account and then login on that account to get it restored.

They have an email from you apparently but cant add gametime until the account is sorted hence they asked you to call
