did you try to start the installer?

it sounds like you just downloaded it (as you got the full green bar which means the download is done) and not used it to install the game.

See if you can find the place were you downloaded it to and double click on it. that should start the isntallation

Create a folder where you want the game installed , and then grab the repair utility at this link

place it in that folder and extract the files , then right mouse click on launcher.exe and create a desk top shortcut

run the shortcut

advise if this gets you sorted
