    @Hemskyn1 

    have flagged to check the account with swtor support, response will be in about 7 hrs when support are online for the day 

    i gather you have tried removing and re-adding the payment method just to be sure

    @Hemskyn1 

    support said there is no account issue, from their side they see a lot of failed purchases, there side seems to indicate it is a funding issue with that payment method

    Ok thx for the help. Good to know its not a account issue at least.
