I only mentioned the other games as they are listed at the bottom of the dxdiag (have a look) just trying to ask if you knew why they are listed.
In theory they shouldn't be listed at all if there is no issue with them.
i don't recall borderlands 2 ever having any issues, and tales of zestiria has a few issues already, i think the one time it crashed was when i was quitting out of the game, never done it since then, contagion hung on me and refused to recover when my network dropped out, and it was the first time i ever ran it lol and shootergame.exe is connected to Ark Survival Evolved, and that game is in early access so things happen, game runs fine most of the time.

What is needed is to ensure gameplay remains smooth , I gather the real issue is gameplay doesn't remain smooth for you ?
Not sure if I mentioned before but go into windows services and disable Nvidia streamer service , can affect fps 3 -5% by what has been mentioned , and has caused issues for some , see here
yeah, it used to be smooth, but this was a while back, i was using windows 8.1 and my old system, but since the update to swtor, or something else nVidia wise, it hasn't been smooth at all, and it's really distracting when i play because i can see the frame rate dropping, in any case i have disabled and deleted the nVidia streamer service, i'll see how it goes and report back.
