never mind somehow i managed to solve the problem not sure how but it seem a regestry was messed once i replace iit the game launched again perfectly
if someone else having this probleme it may help to do the following
type regedit in widows serch box go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -software-\Wow6432Node-bioware you must have here 2 entries star wars the old republic and swotor i had one missing so i downloaded SWTOR_setup and i insalle it in a different folder witch created the missing entry and solved the problem
