so far all i know is total av is the cause of the 310 error with the launcher, but no one has yet mentioned what setting is causing it.

it maybe worth reaching out to totalav and see if they can identify what the cause is

given the 310 error it is communication based , and the launcher is based on the chromium framework so anything that can affect a web browser can affect the launcher

i would guess it is something on the lines of packet inspection maybe firewall based

edit - if you right mouse click on the taskbar and select task manager and end task on total av processes it should allow the launcher to work, this will also confirm the issue is totalav related.

rebooting the computer will reactivate totalav again
