you dont, you have no access to the account
Your friends issue would be his account is before 25th June 2019 and the linked EA account was disabled with its data wiped due to nil usage for years , he would need to call to get the account made active again to purchase on swtor- @proxos666 Ooooh, I understand now, thank you very much!
