response time is about 6 days at present so will need to be patient

I appreciated your advice and have sent them an email but i haven't gotten a response in two weeks, I'm over the game already but I still am thankful for the advice.
I would send the email again , response time is 1 - 2 days now , let me know when you have sent the email and can check it has actually arrived.
