the last response i had for you from support was billing issue they need to call
@proxos666I understand that, but if the phone don't ring at all or it is always occupied how can i speak to them? i've tried to give my number to the support by mail, explained to them i can't reach them, but the answer was the same " you must contact our support to this numbers"
all i can suggest is your dialing an IDD number out correctly and you are calling during the listed open time converted from UTC time correctly
