I bought both a 60 day subscription through steam, and its not showing up on my game that im subscribed.

To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that has been disabled and wiped, that account used the same Gmail email used on your swtor account
use the following link (insert the swtor gmail email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
when i checked they didnt have an email from you yet with the screenshots, let me know when sent and i can recheck, but they cant add the gametime until the above is also done

More than 12 hours ago I made a purchase of 30 day sub on SWTOR through steam / PayPal, the purchase in the same second was approved by paypal, steam and my bank account, but I`m still not a sub. Yesterday 40 minutes after purchase I sent email to [edit: email address removed] and still nothing.

EDIT - I remove my account name and rest of ID transaction due to privacy preferences, but I`ll still leave here to help others with updated info.
UPDATE - They just emailed me back, fixing the issue.- @xKhaozs btw, would like to add that in the same day before that I purchased some cartel coins and they arrived within a minute or two, so I was confident to buy sub there...

when an account is disabled , no gametime can be added to the account from any source including steam

you do need log out and back in again
Hello, could you help me? I bought a 30-day subscription through Steam and it still hasn't been activated. I have the Steam account linked to my swtor and I bought it from the game.

support have your emails however the steam id screenshot has been rejected so you need to re email a screenshot showing the steam id per the sticky https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message
To fix the account to you also need to reset the password on the linked EA account that has been disabled and data wiped, that account used a "Hotmail" email
use the following link (insert the "Hotmail" email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
That hotmail email had to of been used on the swtor account previously Ready, I took the screenshots again as shown in the guide and I just sent it to swtor support.
And about the email, is it damaged? The only hotmail email I used was years ago and I changed it in 2014 since it was impossible for me to recover it since my uncle who was my alternative contact died in 2013 so it was impossible for me to log into his account to recover mine, and I played with this account for years and he has never told me that it has been damaged

the linked ea account is likely using the hotmail email used to create the swtor account, changing the email used on the swtor account does not change the email used on the linked ea account
It is not the email used on the swtor account nor the email used on the ea account your posting on now
to update the email used on that ea account you are best to call swtor support on monday when the lines are open , they can help update the email used on that accountswtor support are unable to add any gametime to that swtor account until this is sorted

- @proxos666 I live in another country, specifically in Venezuela, is there any way I can link this account other than by call, either by email or some modification from my account? I don't even know if international calls would come from here and although I can read and write in English well, my pronunciation is a little bad.
@proxos666 I just linked my steam account and this account, I didn't realize that it wasn't linked
Is there any way to avoid losing that subscription? How to create a new account and link it to Steam?

all external countries are pointed to the UK english line , you can have someone talk on your behalf if they can speak english better , as long as you are there to respond to security questions
