Have listed it with swtor CS for feedback, it may be tuesday before have something, there is a bank holiday in galway so CS may not be online today
Been trying to subscribe over the past 3 days and no luck. Tried multiple browsers and computers all while Dev posts are saying the issue is resolved.
I verified my credit card and they did not charge it. System just stopped my active sub at the renewal date.

EDIT: I have tried to reset my EA account (new one to post here) but I have the feeling it is setup with an older email address that I no longer have access to.

CS said the linked EA/origin account that needs a password reset uses a mail.nu email address , hope that helps
I was afraid of that. I no longer have access to that email. I'll see if I can remember the password to that old account though.

You may be best to try and regain the account by completing this web form http://help.ea.com/account-recovery/web-form
Tried using the EA account-recovery twice. The couldn't verify it was me and automatically closed the case (twice). Don't know what isn't correct as this was linked automatically from SWTOR and not sure when that was and I've moved 3-4 times since then.

@ZaylanZahl Sorry, I don't have full visibility on this, but can I check if you have reached out to support (at) swtor.com with details of your case? If not, can you do so, and let me know? By the way I still have no answers from support. In my account I see only note that I have 1 more day of my ethemeral subscription. Account name is noangelfcm

All CS have at present is that it was escalated to the studio, unfortunately they have no visibility on a time frame as to when this will be fixed.
As soon as swtor cs have any further information on the account being fixed it will be emailed to you
Yes I sent an email to support on Monday. Still haven't heard back.
