To fix the account for future purchases, You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona andy24113 (not Mushwozhere your posting on now) that EA account uses a Sky.com email address
use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
also when i checked they could not see an email from your email attached to the swtor account with screenshots per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message
let me know if sent/resent and i can check if it arrives ok
the [edit: email address removed] was an old old email address i no longer have access to. [edit: email address removed] is the one i use for steam and ea ? also i emailed [edit: email address removed] with the pics showing my subscription purchase on steam.

if you no longer have access to the sky.com email for the EA account andy24113 , quickest is likely to call swtor support when the lines are open to update the email on that account.
otherwise you need to try and recover access to that ea account via help.ea.comalso checked just now still no email arrived , but if you have only just sent it , it could take an hour to arrive ( just note they cannot add the gametime until that EA account andy24113 is sorted
can call swtor support when the lines are open https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Getting-Help-and-Board-Guidlines/td-p/4806237/jump-to/first-unread-message
