Hello. I’ve checked task manager and it is blank, nothing is running. I did the first one already and that did not work at all. The message comes up just after I log in, so I don’t even have the option to click play. I’m not sure why or when this started happening, I noticee it yesterday
Give your modem/router a reboot too along with removing and re-adding the exceptions in the antivirus and firewall
I gather the computer has been restarted ? (have to ask)
I have woreless internet so I don’t have a router that i can do that on. I will try the other you suggested though

This error is difficult to work out a cause , this can be due to a net issue communicating to the bitriader side and it will self resolve at some point.
If the steps in the guide do not help and it persists past 24 hours, if you switch patch methods per this link the error will be gone, however just note it is a new game install as a once off.
What if you don't have an BitRaider folder, because I was following the prior link and I don't have a BitRaider folder in my game folder.
unspecified error can only occur with streaming, if you do not want to try switching to non streaming (that error cannot exist with non streaming) you can try to use the launcher repair tool at this link initially.
