I know this has nothing to do with you. However I hope that you take this constructive criticism to your superiors.
We are at the end of 2022. Permanent linkage should not be a thing anymore. There must be a way to link to a different EA account even if one must have to do it via customer support instead of being available through the swtor website.
Especially when it is not my fault that EA decided to create a brand new account for me with the email provided on my swtor account when EA took over.

Either way, thank you very much for your prompt help with this topic. You are definitely a Hero!
If not for you I would have given up on playing the game.

Newer swtor accounts dont have this issue , its the older accounts that are this way
