Quickest way to get this sorted is to give Swtor CS a call (Link to Numbers)
if you know the origin/EA account associated with the swtor account you could try changing the password on the EA account as that should change the swtor password too.
If you get the username and password right you may be able to use this Info link to remove the security key.
but if all else fails phoning is the way to get sorted
- You sir are a champion, Logged in with my EA details and removed the security key. Now i just need to set it back up on my new phone
