Re: SWTOR won't launch in fullscreen
Pressing ALT + Enter switches the game between windowed and full screen mode. You will know which one your in as your'll have the minimize, maximize and close icons on the top right when in Windowed mode.

Thank you! Now after trying the Alt+Enter option, I realize that whenever I though I was in windowed fullscreen mode before, I was actually still in fullscreen mode. Even though I had changed the settings to windowed fullscreen. It seems that the game should indeed be in fullscreen right now, but for some reason not any of my recording softwares recognize it as a fullscreen game.
