Hey there! As I understand the refer a friend program, I think you need to resubscribe before you are eligible to use a referral again, as I don't think it lets you gain 7 days every 90 days. In any case, if you feel like there's an underlying issue with your account, you're free to contact support via email (since the phone lines are closed until further notice) and have them investigate.
