Given it is Xmas and a lot are likely been on holidays ticket time may be extending at present.

What is the issue can it be sorted over the forum ?

No i doubt it can be soloved over the forums.

I accidentally deleted my full set of DvL light armor last weekend when I deleted a character I never use. He had the full set of bonus xp armor on him and i deleted him without realizing it.

I put a ticket in last week explained the situation and CS just blew off the ticket and told me to re-write it with more detail and closed it. I replied back with a new ticket the next day and have not heard back for 3 days now.

I"m kind of peeved, I wanted to have it before the holidays.

Just request the character to be restored, the armor will be restored with the character

Yeah I'll give that a try, I'm just annoyed at myself for loosing that armor and even more annoyed that CS is taking so long to respond.
