Re: Unable to get T7 on Tython

@EA_David This was a character I had leveled up to level 11 before the 4.0 patch. I got to the point in the story where I am suppose to get T7 (right before the forge) and he did not join my party. I am unable to select the crew window nor do I have any followers in my companions & contacts. I went ahead and created a new Jedi Knight character to see if this would happen again.

Thanks for the extra details. I actually remembered I had a starter character from just before T7 joins the JK, so I quickly did the extra mission and I didn't receive him either so this seems to happen often or for everyone. 

Checking the new companions menu, he's not present either, but I'm at a point before he joins properly. 

In any case this issue has been reported, I'll give any updates when they are available. 

Splendid, that's great to know. Still seeing users reporting issues with T7 and companions in general, but thank you for coming back with the confirmation and extra info. 

I have the same issue and created a ticket.  I am not making a new character since I did buy a few boost/on the move cartel packages on that character....  Also have companions that are now missing on previous level 35 and 37 characters each are down 1 companion.

Yep. Same issue here. Created the character before the patch and now i have to re-roll it because T7 is nowhere to be found.

This appears to be affecting several characters judging by this thread http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=843336

I certainly picked a wonderful time to come back to the game.

I have the exact same issue. I opened ticket becaue of it. Waiting for customer support to fix it. I hope they will refund the days lost for waiting for it. Time countdown starts today since around 18.00 BST.

Hey, this should be resolved for everyone now. If the issue persists or affects another companion, please reset the mission and try again. 

Aye. All is well here again. Got my T7 back even though i logged right out of the last, Bengel Morr quest. Summoned him right there and finally completed it.
