remove and re-add the game to your antivirus and firewall whitelist see if any change
maybe also check your internet connection isn't dropping , if that occurs you will drop back to a server select screen and if no net connection at that point no servers either
if playing by wifi maybe connect to the modem by Ethernet and see if still the same as well
