    I set it to what you had and still see it as well.  Plus when I'm in a conversation, those scen plays out in a slow motion and when my choices come up it sometimes takes up to 5 seconds for them to all show.

    @Belgorad

    That was in fullscreen (window) mode ?

     I have seen low fps issues in fullscreen (window) mode if fast startup is enabled in windows 10 (least with nvidia cards)

    Correct.  Normally I play in just Windowed mode so I set it back to that as well.  Once I lowered my graphics settings a bit it went away.  I think it just may be that I'm using an old graphics card. My computer I built about 4 years ago.

    @Belgorad

    I will have a play in fullscreen settings , with vsync on game gets sluggish and I get the artifacts outside, fps isnt the cause as vsynch off its 130+ fps

    going back to my original settings it stops and i dont get them

    No it wont be a hardware issue

    I am going to have to do a clean install of my Nvidia driver  before can do much more testing, I cant open my Nvidia control panel anymore for some reason , found that out when i went to play with the profile settings

  • I am having a similar issue, but I don't know if it's related or not. Skin textures appear pixelated in game, but for some reason it doesn't appear in cutscenes, Appearance Designer, or gear previews.

    I've tried everything to fix it, but nothing seems to work. Here's what I've tried:

    -Adjusting graphics in-game

    -Game Repair

    -Reinstalling the game

    -Re-installing the latest NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 graphics driver.

    -Performing a driver hotfix

    Here is a link to my topic on this site: click and for my SWTOR forums topic:  click

    I seem to be the only person who has this issue. I found only one other person experiencing the same thing, but he's probably no longer be active on SWTOR.

    @slawomir_fuszara

    Have you done a game repair ? you likely have streaming

    Non-Streaming launcher - Log into the launcher but don't click Play. Check for small letters "ST" in the bottom left corner.
    If this is NOT present, With the new launcher after login , select the username pulldown on the top right and select settings, then press repair.

    Streaming launcher - If the letters "ST" is present, close the launcher, right mouse click on the game shortcut,
    select open file location and delete the BitRaider folder. Then start the launcher
