Really low quality of graphics on win 11
I have a problem with graphic quality. I've plaid on my old laptop with high video settings and it worked well. Now I'm playing on my new laptop with much better hardware and Win 11, and now the quality is low. When I'm changing the setting to high or at least middle the game crashes and doesn't load. It starts to work only after deleting the "client settings" file. And as you can understand, all video settings are low again after that. Is it some kind of issue with Win 11?
My old laptop was much worst in hardware, so the problem is not that my laptop is too weak for this game.
The low textures are due to the dedicated Vram being under minspec of 1024mb
Dedicated Memory: 128 MBSee if in your bios you can increase the memeory assigned to your video card, you should be able to assign 512mb , this will also stop the texture flickering if you get it

Open the client_settings.ini file in notepad and ensure the following are displayed within
example mine for nvidia card is shown as
InfoGraphicsVendor = NVIDIA_GPU
InfoGraphicsVideoMemoryMB = 8011
MinspecVramCutoffMB = 256
Lower the MinspecVramCutoffMB = 256 below your reported dedicated video ram in the dxdiag
so for example MinspecVramCutoffMB = 64 in your case
Just note 256 is not the minspecvram minspec that is 1024 , 256 is when they force low textures at present
This will allow you to use higher textures, but its best if you increase the vram assigned in the bios
