Have you gone to your account page on the swtor website and confirmed that your referral code was used properly?
Login, click on your name on the top right of the page, and click My Account. Then, on the left hand side, click on "Refer A Friend". If you scroll down, you should see all of your referrals and their status, as well as the rewards you are due.
If your friends names are not listed, it means the referral failed for whatever reason (either they did not sign up for it, or something went wrong in the process). If they did sign up, the rewards and their status as subscribers should be listed.
I know that's not a fix, but at least you can verify what the system thinks is wrong before you contact customer service. Good luck!
I was there when he clicked the link, I saw it with my own eyes and made sure everything was correct.
It's not showing up in my refer a friend, but as I was there I am 100% sure everything went correctly, this is a matter for customer support 🙂

Yes I just noticed that post myself.
Bioware is finally admitting there is something wrong with it.
Hopefully customer support will be able to finally help me getting those rewards for my refer a friend soon.
