Reset Password Link Dont Work

I dont remember my password. I used this link to recover my password: SWTOR | Forgot Password

I used before the link to recover my Display Name, so i used the right Display Name, but didnt work.

The email that is supposed to send to recover the password, is never send it.

I checked the spam and all the carpets.

By the way, im from Europe, Spain.
