Screen goes black and crashed back to desktop on clicking "PLAY"

I have been having trouble getting the game to launch. the launcher downloads and opens fine, but when i press the "Play" button, i get a black screen and then it closes back to desktop. I have alre...

Delete the current client_setting file and then launch

Done, with the same result. still opening to black screen and crashing right back to desktop.
