Unfortunately for security purposes the only way to remove the mobile key from your account if you can't manually via the link is if you call customer service. There are different numbers depending on which country you are in.
What country would you be calling from?
Also before you call try to remove the key via the following methods.
- Go to swtor.com via chrome, internet explorer or Firefox
- Enter your Display Name and Password but leave Security Key field empty.
- Click Login
- The next screen will aka for your security key. Check below the field provided to see if the link "Forgot your security key" is there to click on.
- Click the link to receive a one time Password to your email in order to remove the key.
