serial number swtor app
Hello I'm trying to logging into my swtor account but the app is asking me for a serial number but i can't find it and due to that i cannot get my security key. also i did not download the game through origen but through the official page just in case is relevant.
Have you added a security key app to your account before and your trying to add a new one or trying to add it for the first time? The serial number is given to you when you log into swtor.com and add a security key to your account. If you haven't added it before then you don't need to fill that out when you go to login.
If you have added one before you'll need to remove the existing one before you can add a new one. To remove the existing one just enter your Display Name, Password and then leave Security Key blank, click login. On the next screen click "Forgot your security Key" to then receive an email to remove it.
