Star forge disconnected

I was disconnected from the star forge server due to inactivity. What's going on? I even hadn't open the game. Is the star forge server down again, as it was in the past, or is it just me they discon...

Today is 14 March 2024 I am trying to load my game through Steam, seems to launch just fine but when it asks me to select my serve (Star Forge) it won't let me in and says contact customer service. I checked SWTOR it says the server is up, but I can't get in is this just me or is thier some super secret sever update going on?

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

swtor account displayname ? can check if the account is banned when support are online for the day
