I'm also having some issues with a steam subscription purchase and all payment methods I try to use on the website are declined, being 3 credit card attempts and a paypal account also. This has never been an issue playing and subscribing in the past. any assistance would be tremendously helpful.

The linked EA account has been disabled and its data has been wiped , that account used a hotmail email address
Use this link and enter the hotmail email address , that should restore the account
When i checked they could not see an email from , let me know when sent and i can recheck they have it
i was able to restore the old account but its an email i no longer use. will that cause problems or can i have the 2 accounts merged to this current email?
i've also sent the email with screenshots to the address mentioned.
