The linked EA account has been disabled and its data has been wiped , that account used a hotmail email address
Use this link and enter the hotmail email address , that should restore the account
When i checked they could not see an email from , let me know when sent and i can recheck they have it
i was able to restore the old account but its an email i no longer use. will that cause problems or can i have the 2 accounts merged to this current email?
i've also sent the email with screenshots to the address mentioned.
Account linkage is permanent , if you try to merge the accounts you will break the swtor account permanently , you can update the email used on that account if needed.
I have flagged to recheck , however it will be Tuesday before support will respond here now
