subscribed through steam for 60 days, havent been able to recieve any of my subscription benefits. I sent an email through earlier with proof of purchase but ive gotten nothing back yet

you will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account

Greetings. I'm having trouble with a purchase of a subscription made on Steam, for SWTOR. The purchase was concluded but the game doesn't give me the subscription. I would like help solving this issue, so I can receive the subscription, please. I'm sending attached to this email the screenshots of my steam ID, my steam profile and the proof of purchase on my steam wallet. Thank you for your help.
To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona thetorque1 (not xKILDRAKx your posting on now) that EA account uses an Hotmail email (it is a Different Hotmail email to what you have on the Swtor account)
use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
let me know when the above is sorted and i can reflag it , if an agent gets to it before being done they will ask you to call them
