Resend the email from the email address you have attached on the swtor account , and will check it arrives in about 8 hrs when support are online here for the day

To fix the account for future purchases, You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
when i checked was still no email will check on options , let me know when the above is done

The above is done, also i checked mail and i send to the right email and with my swtor e-mail account so its weird that there still is no new mail

Ok go to help.ea.com and login on the top right of that page using the EA account you just reset the password for , so not the SounddShift account
once logged in go to https://help.ea.com/en/my-cases/ you will find case# 115819194
upload the screenshots to that case and let me know when done
