Steam subscription not workung
Hi! I have subbed on 2 july through steam and i still havent received my subscriber status ingane. Send a mail last saturday but no response yet name: davevoogd

The above is done, also i checked mail and i send to the right email and with my swtor e-mail account so its weird that there still is no new mail

Ok go to help.ea.com and login on the top right of that page using the EA account you just reset the password for , so not the SounddShift account
once logged in go to https://help.ea.com/en/my-cases/ you will find case# 115819194
upload the screenshots to that case and let me know when done

You should be good now , gametime has been added , if you have a subscription in steam , be sure to cancel it in the steam account , it can be repurchased on steam when the current gametime ends
