Steam SWTOR subscription time fail
I brought my subscription time through Steam and its also still showing as preferred. I sent the email through my [edit: email address removed] email account.

join the club. i contact swtor support team no reply, steam told me to contact them, say bye to our money
support confirmed your ticket is in the queue for an agent , just need to wait for their reply
