Stuck in Quick Play Mode since last patch, Customer Support non-existent

Okay. This is since the last patch, that I"m stuck in 'Quick Play Mode' where you can only play the starter planets 'because the download isn't ready'. Yet I've been playing SWTOR since before that...

    Just switch to the non streaming launcher per this link (yes it involves a new download)

    Quick play mode will be 100% gone as it is not possible using non streaming.

    Thanks, just noticed that. Doing that now, since I also noticed a few other things which aren't as it should be.
