Stuck in the loading screen when I'm traveling to Nar Shaddaa

So I'm playing as a Jedi Guardian and my main quest is on Nar Shadaa, but when I choose to travel there and it starts to load, it just get's stuck in the loading. I tested other planets and they work...

    Short of seeing if a complete fresh reinstall has any impact , not sure what is going on here , the behavior is not normal.

    Can you provide a new dxdiag want to see if the error messages etc have changed.

    Given one of the errors listed is below , it is worth checking if there is a new bios version for that laptop too.

It started to work yesterday because my Bounty Hunter's quest was there, but when I started to play today, now my Jedi and Bounty Hunter are both stuck in the loading. I really want this to be fixed, because this just makes the game unplayable.

Can you go to H:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars-The Old Republic\swtor  and delete just the file called diskcachearena then start the launcher and see if any change 

There are new video drivers for your system both yours are over 12 months old

Intel driver - latest driver is at this link (you may need to uninstall the driver you have to install this)

Nvidia driver - latest driver is at this link (you may need to uninstall the driver you have to install this)

also ensure the nvidia card is being used for the game

    I found the file and deleted it and uptated my Intel and Nvidia drivers and it started to work again, but when I came back later, it got stuck again and I deleted the same file again if it would work again, but nothing and after that I did the game repair, but still nothing.

        Here. I forgot to say that when it last worked, I had to close the swtor window in a middle of a cutscene, so that could have triggered somekind of a error too.
