Also i already sent them like 3 emails and they still havent replied :/ i honestly now dont know what to do i think i lost my money.
you need to show the purchase made , not the screen showing a cancelled subscription , all that shows is you cancelled the sub

The screenshot shows it says it should be active til may 8 i buyed it and should be active the point is i spent the money, and didnt receibe my suscription in game
All i did was pay the 30 days sub and as soon as i buyed it disabled the monthly renewal. So i should have my sub active but it isnt the case. As i said in my 4 emails and 2 posts in this site.

call swtor support and discuss it with them, all we can do here is advise what they need , if you decide not to provide them the proof of purchase that is not something i can assist with further here.
