Subbed with steam and didnt receive my suscription

I Payed the sub, but still didnt get the suscription time im still being recognized as preffered in the game, i cant call support because im latin american and i also sent support an email 2 days ago...

has been flagged will check they have your email etc , will be about 10 hrs for a response which is when they are online for the day

    Send them the proof of purchase not the subscription screen
    
    Click on View Purchase History.
    
    Take a screenshot of your Purchase History screen, clearly showing the SW:TOR transaction.
    
    Click in to the transaction, and screenshot that page too.
    
    Email these screenshots to support@swtor.com (use the email on the swtor account)
