Subbed with steam and didnt receive my suscription

I Payed the sub, but still didnt get the suscription time im still being recognized as preffered in the game, i cant call support because im latin american and i also sent support an email 2 days ago...

Send them the proof of purchase not the subscription screen 

  • Click on View Purchase History.
  • Take a screenshot of your Purchase History screen, clearly showing the SW:TOR transaction.

  1. Click in to the transaction, and screenshot that page too.
  2. Email these screenshots to support@swtor.com (use the email on the swtor account)

Ooh seems i got nervous and messed it up, thanks for the help already sent the purchase history to support after they answered asking for it
