This morning i bought the 60 day subscribtion and the money got withdrawn from my bank account but it did not activate due to an error after i bought it.

Ok CS said you need to login on the EA /Origin account that uses the Persona mickiboy57 and reset the password on that account , not the one your posting from now as mickiboy6
CS are refunding the purchase for the 60 days once it closes off in the system (it hasnt closed yet)
SO dont try to purchase again until that password it reset on the other EA/origin account
Okay i did reset the password, hope this works and that it closes it.
any issue try a different web browser , browser cache can interfere some times
CS still see that account as disabled , can login to the mickiboy57 and post here just to be sure we have the right account
Status is still open, different browser didnt make a difference. Not sure how long it normally takes to process everything.
That purchase will need to be refunded too if that account is still disabled
