Subscription is Not working.

I was trying to resubscribe to the game via the website, but I keep getting "SWTOR.com is temporarily unavailable as we are experiencing extremely high traffic" whenever I click the monthly payment option. I've tried changing my password and using 2 different browsers, but still no luck.

My SWTOR username is rjdood.

A little help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona rjdood (not Rossotron) that EA account uses a hotmail.co.uk email address

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

None so far. Tried changing my password, deleting my browser cache and logging in while in incognito mode is on in chrome, nothing has worked.

You have to call EA customer support, they think your account is compromised, im currently waiting for the call center to open on monday :S

Should have a response back from CS in 7 hrs

If your getting the maintenance page on swtor it is more likely the linked EA account needs a password reset , that EA account is likely using the email address used when the swtor account was created

Tried the password reset, still got the Maintenance page in Incognito mode ☹️
