Subscription isnt active from Steam.

Hello I bought a 2 Month subscription for Swtor through steam.

Even though the purchase went through and was successful on steam Im still not subsciber status in game and I have no access in the games content. 

I've mailed to swtor support but so far no answer, below are the screenshots showing the purchases and Steam name.

Also I was unable to buy a subscription from Swtor.com due to some unresolved issue with my EA account which i have no clue what it is thus not allowing me to do any purchases.

Please help anyone if you can thanks in advance!
