Subscription Issues - 2020 (non steam)

my username is zuckerberge, and I order the one time purchase and $20 worth of cartel coins, the emails have came through and I have seen my receipts but my game says I am free to play, yet the website says I have 59 days of subscription left,

I have restarted my game and I'm experiencing the same thing. 

Same here i reinstalled the game last night and still hasnt been updated 

 hey there i purchased a montly subscription  yesterday (19/03/2020) and i have had confirmation of purchase but unfortunally the game it self is still saying im a preferred player and not a subscriber, i have uninstalled and reintstalled the game hoping that would help, but nothing has changed

Hi, I subscribed one hour ago. Says 29 days left, but in game, I’m not subscribed Name is: Gregouninet

I subbed today, got 500CC and the site shows remaining 29 days subscription, but my status is preferred in the game. I cant sent a help request ticket either. I logged out a few times. My username: nevergaid. Pls help.
