@proxos666Hello there. I have the same issue. Just bought a 30 days time subscription, did that before my 7 days subscription from a refferal went off and my account is now set as preferead. I really don't understand why. I want to point the fact that i removed my subcription plan after paying for the 30 days cuz i used my friend's plan. My display name is Sayelmir. Ty a lot and stay safe in this dangerous times...
CS cannot see a paid subscription, if you haven't actually been charged on your payment method, just repurchase the sub and you should be fine.

Made a subscription on Tuesday, May 19th 2020, got billed for it BUT now my account says I have ONLY 3 days left on my subscription. Sent an ingame ticket like 2 days ago and got no answer. Solutions ?
You appear to be running on (double....) referral time, can you check payment was actually taken from the bank ?

Heya, I'm unable to subscribe at all. I tried through Steam & Paypal and the payment's gone through, but nothing's showing in game on on my account. When I try to on the website, it just tells me 'SWTOR.com is temporarily unavailable as we are experiencing extremely high traffic. Please check back again soon, or visit our Twitter account for details!' I've tried changing my password, updating my secret questions and using a different browser. My username is jahathehunter.
support cant see any issue with that account , can you try incognito mode on chrome or delete the broswer cache and cookies and see if it persists

Is the page you are seeing a high traffic maintenance page ? have you tried a different web browser as suggested by belgorad

Hi, I have a problem with my subscription plan.
I subscribed today, the payment is showing in my bank account, the subscription tab on SWTOR.com is saying "You have 59 days of subscription play time remaining" but in game I'm still free 2 play Status and it's also not 'tick' at "My Account" tab.
