I'm not sure is this thread is still active. But I am having an issue with my subscription for swtor. I tried to get the subscription from Steam, which was a BIG mistake, never again, i didnt get my money back and did not get my subscription, it said that i was preferred status, whatever thay means. I couldn't get the subscription on swtor.com because my debit card wouldn't work, so I went on the EA website, and I couldn't find the game. So I went to Origin website and atlast I thought I could finally get the subscription. I purchased it and went though fine, I was charged and I was given a code, which then I went to swtor.com and entered the code, and it said the code was invalid and the page refreshed. So I tried to enter the code without the dashes, and it said the code was already used. So thought it worked, but it didn't. I still do not have the subscription. I'm down over $60 for a 60-day subscription. I don't want a refund of any kind, i just want my subscription. Can you please help me out if you can? My SWTOR username is "kirtboeglin"
Thank you much for your time,
Keith Boeglin
Email per the steam sticky and include the origin code in the email as well https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message
If you cant purchase on swtor.com its a good sign of an account issue , when that happens no gametime can be added to the account until it is fixed.
have flagged with support to see if it can be sorted without calling , response will be in about 8 hrs when support are online for the day

Support have your email , however you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to fix an account issue , which is stopping the gametime getting added to the account
