I sent an email to @ swtor support is that not enough?
oh god, why is this a problem.
There is an issue on the account that caused the steam time not to apply to the account , you need to call to resolve that issue
maybe try using skype or similar to call , you still need to provide the screenshots so they can add the gametime once the account is fixed

You will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account

check they have your email when you call to fix the account , if not ask to upload the screenshots to a case whilst on the phone

I have called them and all their lines are busy and there isn't even a hold, it just hangs up.
Since my subscription was gifted I cant even go through with the support ticket since it needs 3 screenshots.
Why is this even an issue and why do they make it so hard to fix, I would really like someone to actually help please.
My account name is XOdinX and I would really appreciate it if I got some help.

anyways your account is flagged to be checked and if they see your steam email , response will be in about 8 hrs when support are online for the day

I am having the same issue I send it 8-9 days ago and it still hasn't been added.
AcKingConnor is swtor and I send it 4 times to customer service and yet it still hasn't been fixed. I did send the right pictures and yet swtor support is playing games.
I had to get it from swtor store which works but the steam one still hasn't been updated and it's been over two weeks now.

i just bought 60 days game time via team but still im pref account my subs didnt get activated help would be appreciated and yes i sended proof of bought product to shared support mail my account name lghtsaberQt
