SUBSCRIPTION NOT WORKING

Question

Upgraded my account from free to play, to 60 day one time membership. Waited at least 1 day and when I log into the game my account is still free to play. On the website how ever, my account says that I have subscribed and my subscription is active, game time being used even though I cant log in as a member on the game!!

Of course, tried to create ticket in game, this option was blanked out as a free to play member. No other way to contact customer service to sort this out other than via phone, which I don't fancy the bill for.

Can anyone help?
