i will have a response in about 7 hrs as to the cause of your account issue ( which is likely the linked ea account requires a password reset ) as that disables purchasing on swtor and game time will not add to the account.

thank you i have posted the screenshots to [edit: email address removed] as per the instructions. thanks for your response. I have also changed the password at the main EA website, the testers website, as well as http://www.swtor.com/ in addition to adding a payment method on the main EA website.
one final question for you, im not sure as to why my name is cybercrackacc to the best of my knowledge i have never one time used that as a name. im thouroghly confused to this. my best guess is because i registered the account in like 2008. i have combed through the site, clicked the drop down gone to profile. i cannot seem how to get rid of the name cybercrackacc through any of the menus i have come across.

scroll down to edit basic info should get you to the right place to update the display name

so i followed all of your steps, and i have it working now. thank you a bunch. what got it to work, was to do all that you suggested and clear the cache like you also said to do once completed with the previous steps. i really needed to get my tantrum in check and follow what you said. for anyone else this is what i did
1. EA password
2. Ea answers password
3. used chrome in incognito
4. cleared my cache and history
5. logged back into the website and was able to purchase
so in hindsight, i lost the money i spent on a subscription plan via steam, but following these instructions, i was able to buy it again on the website.

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona Viber100 (not Darksins55) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
support also say they do not have an email from you , check not oversize per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message

So i changed it and it still does not work. The Email says sent but i will send another one right now.
