Subscription purchase error
Hello.
I tried to subscribe today and i am constantly getting this message: ''Sorry, we're experiencing delays in processing your order. Please wait a few minutes to check your account before attempting to make another purchase. If you still experience problems, please try a different payment method, or visit us at http://help.ea.com''
I tried subscribing last week, and got the same message, over and over again.
I have also used my debit card to buy games on Steam so the problem can't be on my end. I have used the same card to subscribe in the past and to buy games on Origin, with no problems.
Tried different browsers, turned off antivirus, tried even another computer(which is using the same rooter), no change. Over and over again, the same error. Tried also using paypal, nothing happened. I also tried buying the 60 day prepaid option and Cartel Coins, still the same error.
It stays on ''Waiting for swtor.checkout.swtor.com'' for a good 5-10 seconds, and then it gives me the dreaded error message from above.
Calling support on the phone is out of the question, and the EA chat support just directed me here.
Not sure it matters but the last time i purchased subscription was before the merge, during the summer.

I had an issue just like yours and after spending all day going back and forth with EA Origin and the swtor support team. We finally found out the problem and it was that my swtor email was the same as my EA Origin account and their supposed to be different email accounts for each one. As soon as I changed my swtor email to a different one and confirmed the confirmation link in the new email I put in. I was able to buy the united forces 30-day premium pack without any more errors and failed purchases.
