SW TOR lost account in previous servers

Hello everyone`s

More than a year ago, I used to play this game and I had an account that was high level, don`t remeber it was level 60 or 70, with the same name for display. However, when I cameback home (I works in cruise ships) I log in and I couldn`t find my previous account and I had to start all over again from scratch. That previous acount had a lot of items. People in game told me that some servers merge.

Could anyone assist me please.

Thank you very much.

If you have swtor still installed and never uninstalled it, then you can navigate to the following location on your computer:

    C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Local\SWTOR\swtor\settings

You will need to enable "show hidden folders" on your computer file window as the folder is normally hidden.  Once you do this look for a file with:

    _Account.ini

The name before this will be your display name.  So your display name will be "displayname _Account.ini" for example.  If you have multiple display names, you will see multiple _Account.ini files.

If you are still not seeing the correct display name or you had uninstalled the game from your computer, you can try the next option of going to swtor.com and click on My Account to login.  Next click on Forgot your Display Name and then enter in your email or any email you may have used with the account.  If you have an account with that email address, you will receive your display name via email.

If you still cannot recover it, you will need to call Customer Service as per the info here during their business hours.
